Ordering & Payment


I haven’t received an order confirmation email
You should receive an order confirmation email from us immediately after placing your order. Our emails sometimes find their way into your junk folder so it’s worth checking there first. If you didn’t receive one, or can’t find it, let us know and we can resend it; just contact us on the details above. 

 

Can I change the order details, such as shipping address or contact phone number, once my order has been placed?
Call or email to let us know if you need to make any changes to your order once it’s been placed.

How can I use a promo code?
If you have a valid promo code, just enter it in the Discount Code field on the checkout page and it will be applied to your order. Please note you can only use one code at a time.


Price matching
Unfortunately, we do not offer a price matching service; we believe our prices are in line with the current market and we hope you agree!


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards including American Express. We also accept Paypal and Klarna.


When will you debit my order?
All orders are debited in full at the time of the order being placed.


How can I cancel my order?
Get in touch with us and we can help get this sorted! You can cancel your order at any time before you’ve received your order or within 14 days of receiving your order.

How long will it take to deliver my items?
We aim to have in-stock items dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. At peak times, this may be longer. If there is a delay, we will contact you by email as soon as possible. Out of stock items and pre-ordered items are reliant on our suppliers and will be dispatched as soon as they arrive.

What are your delivery charges?
Our current standard delivery charge is £2.95 per order for small to medium items, posted 2nd class. Extra large orders may incur extra delivery charges; these will be calculated at check out, but please contact us if unsure. All orders over £30.00 will qualify for free delivery. We also offer a click and collect service. 

Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Sorry, we currently only deliver within mainland UK.
