Delivery & Returns
How long will it take to deliver my items?
We aim to have in-stock items dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. At peak times, this may be longer. If there is a delay, we will contact you by email as soon as possible. Out of stock items and pre-ordered items are reliant on our suppliers and will be dispatched as soon as they arrive.
What are your delivery charges?
Our current standard delivery charge is £2.95 per order for small to medium items, posted 2nd class. Extra large orders may incur extra delivery charges; these will be calculated at check out, but please contact us if unsure. *All orders over £30.00 will qualify for free delivery (mainland UK only). We also offer a click and collect service.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Sorry, we currently only deliver within mainland UK.
What's your online returns policy?
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with Izzy Wizzy Gifts. You have a right to cancel in writing any order placed on our website up to 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. As long as we receive your item and it is unused and in good condition, we will process a refund or exchange.
We will only cover the return delivery cost of an item sent to you in error, or if the item is faulty, damaged or defective. Otherwise, the cost will fall to you. We advise you to use a mail tracking service when returning your item. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged Items & Product Issues
If the item is faulty, damaged, defective or delivered to you in error, we will do everything to put it right.
If you have an issue or have received a damaged item, please send us an email with your name, address and order number to Hello@izzywizzygifts.co.uk. Outline the issue and attach any photographs of the damaged or faulty item. We will try to respond as soon as possible but it may take up to 48 hours for us to contact you.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately we cannot refund sale items.
How long does it take to process my returns?
We will try to process returns as quickly as possible but within 14 working days from receipt. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used in the original transaction. If we cannot offer an acceptable replacement, we will automatically refund you and let you know by email.
